Sunday Mornings

I love Sunday mornings. Crazy hair, jammies, and hanging out on Mama and Daddy's bed. Life is good.

A Change of Scenery

We thought maybe a new park would get the boy in a better mood, but we were wrong. This is a perfect example of how a few pictures can portray one thing while reality is the exact opposite. It took a ton of effort to get Ezra to let go of Jessica's legs and actually play. These are a few of the ones that turned out. We only lasted at the park for about twenty minutes before we headed back home. It looks like he had a blast though. Cranky kids are part of real life.

Christmas Decorating, Continued

The wreath pictured above hangs on our front door each December and was a present from Jessica's dad for our first Christmas. It originally had only the two big snowmen, but Jessica found the Ezra-sized snowman at the Tech Bookstore this fall. Not sure what we'll do when our family keeps growing.

Ezra found Charlie's toy bin and proceeded to taste all of his toys. I photographed away. Jessica's going to kill me.

Morrisville Christmas Parade

The 2011 Morrisville Christmas Parade, a random assortment of local organizations and businesses, conveniently located on the main road at the end of our street.

Marbles!

We may have found Ezra's new favorite place: Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh, the complete interactive experience and a full-on assault on kids' senses. Jessica took Ezra about a week ago and lugged the camera with her. Marbles may be Jessica's favorite place too seeing as there are endless activities to keep Ezra interested, and then when he gets worn out...you leave. Without cleaning up. Does it get any better than that? (It would if it were free).
