Happy Independence Day everyone. Here's this week's picture.
We spent the 4th at NC State's Carter Finley Stadium (fireworks across the street at the fair grounds) with many of our friends from Good Hope. For the past few years, Thom and Sue (below) have graciously organized everything and staked out the lot early in the day in order to claim the shaded / wooded spot for everyone.
Mrs. Betty Lou brought her famous pound cake, and Mr. Wiley brought his ice cream. Days don't get much better than this.
